Director of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS), cybersecurity, and cloud services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI technologies.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments.
• Establish and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity and business continuity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, supply chain management, and quality assurance through technology solutions.
• Monitor and assess emerging technologies to recommend strategic investments.
• Ensure seamless IT support and system uptime to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and automation solutions.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT implementations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
