Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Oversee the IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (ERP, MES, LIMS, QMS), cybersecurity, and cloud services.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI technologies.

Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize technology investments.

Establish and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity and business continuity.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, supply chain management, and quality assurance through technology solutions.

Monitor and assess emerging technologies to recommend strategic investments.

Ensure seamless IT support and system uptime to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in digital transformation, cloud computing, and automation solutions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT implementations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
