Next Level Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing national provider of industrial services and equipment seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Marketing to lead its marketing function. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s brand presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving measurable revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

While the company’s headquarters is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the client is flexible for the right candidate — the position may be structured as remote, hybrid, or onsite, and relocation assistance will be provided for qualified individuals interested in moving to Baton Rouge.

This is a full-time leadership role overseeing a team of two marketing professionals and managing third-party vendor relationships. The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with the company’s expanding national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and measurable revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor an internal team of two, ensuring effective project execution, professional development, and collaboration.
  • Oversee digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content strategy, email campaigns, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and track marketing performance metrics, including website traffic growth, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and marketing-attributed revenue.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and materials that support lead conversion and revenue goals.
  • Manage multi-channel lead generation through digital campaigns, trade shows, and referral programs, optimizing ROI across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring data-driven allocation of spend and achievement of ROI targets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints and marketing platforms.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance performance tracking, audience segmentation, and overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within industrial, B2B, or related sectors.
  • Experience working at a mid- to large-sized advertising agency preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using quantitative performance metrics to plan, execute, and report on marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content creation, campaign management, and brand strategy.
  • Strong background in team leadership, vendor management, and cross- functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, growth-oriented environment.

Success in this role will be evaluated based on:

  • Year-over-year brand awareness growth (web traffic, social engagement, PR reach).
  • Lead generation and conversion metrics (MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution).
  • Marketing-attributed revenue as a percentage of total company sales.
  • Cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI improvement across all channels.
  • Trade show and event ROI, measured by leads and revenue generated.
  • Customer retention and repeat business growth through enhanced brand experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 annually (commensurate with experience, education, and leadership background).
  • Annual bonus: 15%–20%, based on company and individual performance.
  • Relocation assistance: Provided for qualified candidates interested in working on-site
