Role Overview: Director of Marketing

Clean Nutra is seeking an experienced and resourceful Director of Marketing to lead our dynamic team. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who excels in direct response marketing, media buying, and copywriting. As a key leader, you will drive marketing strategy and execution across customer acquisition and retention, blending storytelling with data-driven insights. Your efforts will be central to expanding our marketing reach, optimizing existing channels, and growing revenue company-wide.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, proactively streamlining creative processes and supporting the performance marketing team. You will identify opportunities, remove roadblocks, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create persuasive copy for Meta/Google Ad campaigns, long- and short-form sales pages, and advertorials.

  • Lead a team of copywriters, video editors, and graphic designers to deliver top-quality creative assets.

  • Develop and implement strategic campaigns and high-converting pre-sale pages in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and launch new customer acquisition opportunities through paid media, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance the creative process and streamline marketing workflows.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms: Shopify, META/IG/TikTok, IG+TT Shop, Google, Bing, Amazon

  • Experience with data tracking (Triple Whale), page builders (Gempages), and tools such as Asana, Slack, Klaviyo, Foreplay, KaloData, FastMoss, Frame.io

  • Highly proficient in media buying across Facebook, Google, and TikTok

  • Deep knowledge of direct response marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven creative strategy for Facebook and TikTok

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on dashboard insights

  • Excellent mathematical skills

  • Extensive D2C e-commerce background with expertise in copywriting, media buying, retention marketing, and team leadership


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the supplements industry preferred

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness

  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Effective communicator who can articulate strategy and provide constructive feedback

  • Adaptable and resilient in a rapidly evolving environment
