Director of Marketing – Job Description
Role Summary
The Director of Marketing is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall brand strategy, marketing execution, and also providing assistance in the full lifecycle of product development and production. This individual will drive brand awareness, manage e-commerce sales growth, and help to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production of all apparel lines.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in a senior marketing and/or apparel production role, ideally within the workwear, outdoor, or durable goods sector.
· Minimum of 3+ years of direct people management experience leading a team of marketing, creative, or production professionals.
· Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email).
· Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Big Commerce experience is a plus).
· Solid knowledge of the apparel production process is a plus.
· Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
