Summary
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company revenue goals. This role oversees all marketing activities and collaborates across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Create and manage the marketing department budget

Marketing Management
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and traditional advertising
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with product development to meet market needs

Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Collaboration and Communication
  • Align marketing strategies with overall business goals alongside the executive team
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads and SEO
  • Proven success in B2B marketing and positioning businesses for targeted sales growth
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Adaptable, results-oriented, and innovative with strong business acumen
  • High ethical standards and professionalism

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays, quarterly incentive bonus, and additional perks

Work Environment
  • This is a full-time, on-site role
  • Occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
