Are you a performance-driven marketing leader with real brand-building experience — ready to own the full marketing function at one of the fastest-growing names in the hobby? This is a high-impact, hands-on role for operators who’ve scaled multi-channel brands and want to drive measurable growth inside a live, fast-moving retail and e-commerce environment.

As Director of Marketing, you’ll partner directly with the CEO to shape and execute AA Mint Cards’ go-to-market strategy across retail, live selling, and e-commerce. You’ll own paid media, content, campaigns, and brand — translating business goals into acquisition, retention, and revenue results.

Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy & Paid Media

∙ Develop integrated marketing strategies across retail, e-commerce, live selling (Whatnot/TikTok), and events.

∙ Manage paid digital across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok — owning spend efficiency and ROAS.

∙ Oversee SEO, affiliate programs, and retargeting infrastructure.

Content & Brand

∙ Lead content production across email, video, social, and live stream formats.

∙ Build and manage influencer partnerships aligned with hobby culture.

∙ Create omnichannel campaigns around showroom activations and breaking events.

Analytics & Performance

∙ Establish and own KPI frameworks: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn.

∙ Build performance dashboards and deliver regular insights to leadership.

∙ Partner with Customer Service to ensure marketing promises match delivery.

Team & Vendor Management

∙ Manage agencies, freelance creators, and internal marketing team members.

∙ Represent AA Mint Cards at hobby conventions, expos, and collector communities.

Requirements:

∙ 8–10 years in marketing leadership with a proven track record of scaling multi-channel retail or e-commerce brands.

∙ Strong analytics background — you build dashboards, not just read them.

∙ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and major ad platforms.

∙ Exceptional communicator — clear in writing, credible in the room, direct with leadership.

∙ Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating without a playbook in a fast-moving environment.

∙ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time or early.

∙ Bonus: genuine knowledge of collectibles, trading cards, or gaming culture.

Results:

∙ Revenue Growth: Drive measurable improvement in customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across all paid channels within the first 90 days.

∙ Brand Authority: Grow AA Mint Cards’ presence and credibility across TikTok, Whatnot, and the broader hobby community.

∙ Channel Performance: Own the full marketing funnel — from awareness to retention — with clear reporting cadences to leadership.

∙ Execution Quality: Deliver campaigns on time, on brand, and tied to real business outcomes.

Schedule:

∙ Full-time, onsite — Cooper City, FL.

∙ Must be available for weekend events, live selling, and convention travel when the business requires it.

Compensation:

$100,000 – $135,000 base salary + performance incentives
