Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Operations / Business)

• Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred


Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years in large-scale operations management

• Experience in airport operations, parking concessions, transport terminals, or facility management

• Proven track record implementing SOPs and structured systems

• Experience managing large teams


Position Objective

To design, implement, and enforce professional operational processes, systems, and controls

across all parking and mobility functions, ensuring structured, KPI-driven, audit-ready performance

aligned with airport-grade standards.


Core Responsibilities – Operational Control

• Direct oversight of 24/7 parking, shuttle, towing, enforcement, and cash operations

• Ensure real-time operational visibility across all terminals

• Lead peak-hour traffic deployment planning

• Manage incident escalation and crisis response

• Guarantee operational continuity at all times


Process Development & SOP Implementation

• Develop and implement comprehensive SOP manual within 90 days

• Standardize shift handover, incident reporting, towing workflow, shuttle dispatch process

• Establish gate malfunction and cash reconciliation procedures

• Eliminate ad-hoc operational instructions


KPI & Performance Monitoring

• Shuttle on-time performance ≥ 95%

• Gate uptime ≥ 98%

• Towing response time within SLA

• Revenue leakage incidents minimized

• 100% structured daily reporting compliance


Control Room & Reporting Discipline

• Establish central operational control structure

• Implement daily operational reports and monthly dashboards

• Ensure data accuracy and audit-ready documentation


Subcontractor & SLA Enforcement

• Monitor shuttle and towing contractors

• Enforce SLA penalties and performance reviews

• Ensure compliance with insurance, staffing, vehicle standards, and cleanliness

• Prevent unauthorized subcontracting


Workforce Discipline & Culture

• Establish professional command structure

• Train supervisors on structured reporting

• Implement attendance control and productivity tracking

• Develop middle management capability
