Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing operations in Al Khor. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in technology marketing, brand positioning, and digital campaigns. You will oversee marketing strategy, communications, and customer engagement, ensuring Orabitech Technology builds a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand management, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
• Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Represent Orabitech Technology in industry forums and networking events.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns in the technology sector.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
