<Job Overview>
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Marketing and Development to lead our organization’s marketing initiatives and drive sustainable growth. This pivotal role combines innovative marketing leadership with development expertise, ensuring our brand presence is compelling across multiple channels. A strong Director of Marketing today should combine classic leadership and strategy skills with deep digital, Meta ads, and AI capability.

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms, print media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics analysis, and marketing automation tools to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by cultivating relationships with partners, negotiating deals, and expanding revenue streams through innovative advertising solutions.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to oversee the creation of visual assets for campaigns, ensuring high-quality branding materials across all channels.
  • Implement performance marketing tactics such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, and other paid media to drive measurable results.
  • Coordinate product management initiatives related to marketing campaigns or new offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all marketing activities while tracking ROI through analytics tools to optimize spend and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational growth targets.

<Experience>

  • Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads Expertise
  • Expert in Meta Ads Manager: campaigns, ad sets, and creative testing
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Conversion optimization as well as retargeting and remarketing
  • Familiar with Pixel setup, Conversion API tracking
  • Strong compliance understanding (important for finance/legal/regulated industries)
  • Experience managing $50k–$500k+/month ad spend responsibly
  • Proven portfolio of profitable campaigns
  • 7–15+ years progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Team leadership: hiring, training, managing internal + agency resources
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on multichannel strategies including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance advertising.
  • Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong background in B2B (business-to-business) marketing as well as e-commerce environments; experience managing print advertising is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual content; familiarity with WordPress and HTML coding is advantageous.
  • Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience in sales development or advertising sales is desirable; ability to build relationships that generate new revenue opportunities.
