About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations with a strong background in digital marketing agency management to oversee and optimize the company’s day-to-day operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will work directly under the CEO and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, efficient resource utilization, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operations Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations across the global offices, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies that align with company goals and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on business planning, growth initiatives, and organizational development.
- Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Development, SEO, PPC, and Client Services.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct reviews, and drive accountability across departments.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
- Client Operations & Delivery:
- Ensure that all projects are executed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee client onboarding, project management workflows, and operational processes.
- Partner with Account Managers to maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.
- Process Optimization:
- Streamline workflows, tools, and communication systems across departments.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or SOPs for smoother execution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Financial & Performance Oversight:
- Work with the Finance and HR teams to manage budgets, resources, and hiring needs.
- Track KPIs related to operational efficiency, profitability, and team utilization.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to the CEO and leadership team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 6 years in a senior operational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of agency business models, including client servicing, project-based work, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaling agency operations or managing regional expansions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing domains (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, Branding).
