We are an established hospice agency seeking a strong Administrator / Director of Nursing (RN) to lead operations, ensure compliance, and drive continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who wants to lead, improve, and grow a high-quality hospice program.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily hospice operations & clinical services
• Ensure compliance with CMS CoPs & state regulations
• Lead IDG, care planning, and documentation compliance
• Drive QAPI, audits, and survey readiness
• Hire, train, and lead clinical staff
• Support census growth and operational performance

What You Need

• Active RN license in [State]
• Hospice leadership experience (DON, Clinical Manager, or Administrator)
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations & survey readiness
• EMR experience (HospiceMD a plus)
