Office of the Deputy Commissioner - Bismarck, ND - Director of Performance Intelligence and Outcomes
The Director of Performance Intelligence and Outcomes plays a key role in supporting North Dakota Health and Human Services' (ND HHS) Office of the Commissioner by developing, maintaining, and analyzing program performance metrics across the agency. HHS' goal is to be the healthiest state in the nation, and this position will provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, and promote accountability.
As the Director of Performance Intelligence and Outcomes, you will work closely with program leaders, policy staff, and executive leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful performance reporting. Key responsibilities include the following:
To be successful in this position, you must have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. You can engage program and policy teams in performance measurement through collaboration and consultation. You're known for effectively conveying complex information to program leaders, senior leadership and external stakeholders. And you can work independently, managing multiple priorities often with tight timelines.
