What You'll Do:

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Lead sourcing strategies for key food ingredient categories
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term supplier partnerships
• Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to inform decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support product development
• Align procurement goals with business objectives and innovation pipelines
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Performance & Cost Optimization

• Drive cost savings through value engineering and supplier consolidation
• Implement KPIs and supplier scorecards to track performance
• Manage risk and ensure continuity of supply across global markets

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, with 5+ in food ingredients
• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills
• Deep understanding of food ingredient markets and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Travel: 20-25%
