About the Opportunity

Keller Williams La Jolla is one of the most dynamic real estate offices in Southern California — and our Productivity Coaching Program is growing fast. We are seeking experienced, licensed REALTORS® who are passionate about helping others achieve success while continuing to grow their own real estate businesses.

As part of this program, you’ll mentor and coach new and developing agents, helping them implement proven lead generation systems, build confidence, and establish habits that drive consistent production. You’ll also have access to top-tier leadership training, growth opportunities, and support to scale your own business alongside your coaching role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor agents through one-on-one and group sessions.

• Lead in-person and Zoom-based training classes focused on sales skills, business systems, and mindset.

• Support agents in implementing CRM systems, preferably KW Command.

• Track agent progress and hold them accountable to production and activity goals.

• Collaborate with market center leadership to grow the Productivity Coaching Program.

• Continuously develop your own business and leadership skills through KW training and masterminds.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active California real estate license (required).

• Proven production track record in real estate sales.

• Experience being coached or serving as a coach/mentor/team leader.

• Comfortable speaking and presenting in both small and large group settings.

• CRM proficiency (KW Command preferred).

• Proactive, systems-oriented, and solutions-focused.

• Passionate about teaching, leading, and helping others grow.

• Eager to advance personal business goals while developing long-term leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• $3,000–$5,000/month (based on experience, production, and coaching results).
