A hospital just outside of McPherson, Kansas, is searching for an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a leader for their team as the Director of Rehabilitation! Join an excellent team at this beautiful community hospital dedicated to serving its community!

Pay: $90,000-125,000/yr DOE

Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

• The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the various therapy departments, including, but not limited to, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Speech, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
  
• The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that all treatments are evidence-based and effective.
  
• Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility
  

Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-Level program in Occupational Therapy
  
• Registered in Kansas as an Occupational Therapist or the eligibility to obtain upon employment
  
• 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting required
  
• Previous experience in a director role is preferred
  
• BLS Certification
