Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Lead and orchestrate the complete homeowner journey across all five phases: Handover, Welcome & Orientation, The Art of Living Well, Community, Seamless Living, and Rental Program management.

Establish and maintain Rixos legendary service standards through implementation of comprehensive operational procedures that reflect our commitment to creating "the grandest of feelings".

Build and nurture lasting relationships with homeowners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all residential needs and lifestyle enhancement opportunities.

Oversee property operations, including maintenance excellence, security protocols, concierge services, housekeeping standards, and amenity management, to ensure pristine residential environments.

Collaborate with departmental managers to deliver integrated services across Property & Maintenance, Lifestyle & Domestic Services, Hospitality Services, Community & Communication, and Security & Access.

Manage financial performance and budget oversight for residential operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation whilst maintaining service excellence and homeowner satisfaction.

Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing residential Team members, fostering a culture of excellence that embodies Rixos values of charismatic and thoughtful service.

Coordinate with Homeowners Association management, ensuring transparent communication and effective governance that supports community harmony and property value enhancement.

Implement and monitor health, safety, and security protocols that provide peace of mind whilst maintaining the welcoming atmosphere characteristic of Rixos residences.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through homeowner feedback collection and analysis, ensuring services evolve to exceed expectations and maintain competitive advantage.

Serve as ambassador for local community engagement, leveraging Rixos position "in the heart" of Dubai Islands to provide authentic destination experiences for homeowners.

Coordinate special events, celebrations, and community activities that foster connections amongst residents whilst showcasing the sophisticated lifestyle that defines Rixos living.

Champion and represent the Residences with the colleagues at the Hotel and foster a collaborative and supportive environment with the hotel's Team members.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5-7 years senior management experience in luxury residential or hospitality operations

Proven track record in luxury customer service delivery and relationship management
-
Strong financial acumen with budget management and P&L responsibility experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals

Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams of 15+ team members.

Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualities

Experience with luxury residential properties or private club management

Knowledge of the local market and comparative luxury service providers

Project management certification or demonstrated complex project delivery experience

Understanding of HOA governance and condominium association management

Multilingual capabilities reflecting regions diverse community
