How you'll make an impact in this role:
Lead the development and implementation of revenue cycle practices that safeguard the organization’s financial health and ensure operational excellence.
Deploy and optimize advanced analytical tools to forecast business metrics, providing leadership with the insights needed to navigate complex financial landscapes.
Advocate for best-practice adoption and process harmonization to eliminate operational gaps and create a seamless, efficient revenue ecosystem.
Oversee departmental budgets and manage external consultancy partnerships to maximize resource efficiency and maintain high-quality data standards.
Support the integrity of quarterly accounts receivable and revenue valuation reviews to ensure financial reporting is transparent, accurate, and compliant.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Ideal candidate will reside in the Jacksonville area and will be onsite 3 days per week.

Medical group revenue cycle experience highly preferred.
