Director of Revenue Management- Towne Vacations

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to drive revenue performance across all Vacations sites
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, analysis to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends, demand drivers, and opportunities
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies using revenue management systems and market intelligence tools
  • Provide technical ownership over fee design across sites, supporting dynamic models and ensuring profitability is supported on all distribution channels.
  • Assist local teams with owner specific questions related to revenue management
  • Assist with education of local teams related to revenue management and owner expectations
  • Evaluate property-level and portfolio-level performance, identifying opportunities for rate adjustments and occupancy optimization
  • Oversee and leverage property management systems, revenue management software, and channel managers to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Work cross-functionally with the CRO, marketing, and sales teams to align promotional strategies with revenue objectives
  • Partner with operations to ensure guest experience and operational execution support goals
  • Prepare and present revenue performance reports and strategies to the executive team
  • Manage the Revenue Management team
  • Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with employees in any position
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and revenue management tools (Beyond, Wheelhouse, PriceLabs, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of the vacation rental and short-term rental industry
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • High degree of personal integrity
  • Abilit to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred
  • 7+ years of relative work experience in revenue management, pricing, or yield management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multi-property portfolios
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
