Director of Rooms

Egypt

  • Oversee all aspects of room operations, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Manage the Rooms Division budget, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the front office, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
  • Analyze guest feedback and market trends to enhance services and improve guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Represent the Rooms Division in senior management and executive meetings, providing insights and updates on operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
