Director of Sales

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, leading a talented sales team, and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in hotel sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and maintain high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and its dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
