Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing outside sales and B2B (business-to-business) engagement
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives and proactive outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring superior account management and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting
  • Deep understanding of technology sales, including technical products or solutions, with experience in technical sales preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic business development capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights effectively
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Effective communication skills across diverse audiences, both internally and externally
