Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across Team Tringali by leading weekly trainings, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives that keep agents motivated, aligned, and growth-focused.
  • Lead, coach, and support real estate sales agents through consistent performance coaching, roleplay, and 1:1 meetings to help improve production, confidence, and long-term success in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire real estate markets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent for Team Tringali to strengthen team culture, support scalable growth, and ensure agents are equipped with the tools, systems, and training needed to succeed.
  • Track and manage key sales metrics including appointments, conversions, pipeline activity, and closings to maintain accountability and drive consistent revenue growth across MA and NH markets.
  • Oversee CRM usage, database management, and PLACE Technology adoption to ensure Team Tringali agents are effectively managing leads, follow-ups, and client relationships.
  • Support agents in lead conversion, buyer and seller consultations, negotiations, and contract management to improve close rates and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
  • Create and maintain lead generation and sales campaigns that support ongoing business growth and help Team Tringali agents build sustainable pipelines in MA and NH.

Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven sales leader to scale production and develop high-performing real estate agents within Team Tringali, serving Massachusetts (MA) and New Hampshire (NH).

  • Active Real Estate License (MA, NH, or ability to operate within a team structure across both states)
    Required to legally practice real estate and lead agents in transactions across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience (real estate strongly preferred)
    You bring 5+ years of industry and sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role preferred. You have a proven ability to lead, coach, or manage a sales team and can demonstrate measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and overall production outcomes.
  • Strong Track Record in High-Performance Sales Environments
    You understand lead generation, client conversion, and closing strategies at a high level and can model and teach consistent execution.
  • Coaching, Communication, and Accountability Skills
    You can clearly train, motivate, and hold agents accountable while building trust, structure, and a high-performance culture.
  • Analytical and Systems-Oriented Mindset
    You are comfortable tracking KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring effective use of CRM systems, PLACE Technology, and databases.
  • Leadership Mindset with a Growth Orientation
    You lead by example, maintain high standards, and are committed to building a scalable, disciplined, and results-driven team culture.
