Director of Sales and Marketing

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy at the Four Points by Sheraton Airport Westshore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader to drive revenue performance, build strong market relationships, and lead a high-impact team in one of Tampa’s most active hospitality markets.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives

• Drive group, corporate, and transient business

• Partner with revenue management to maximize performance

• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team

• Represent the hotel within the local business community

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills

• Marriott experience preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
• 7+ years' managing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
