IBSS is a Business Analytics Consultancy firm established in 2006 and offering consulting, training and support services with an experienced team.

In IBSS, we have so far realized more than 100 wide-scope and successful analytics projects both in Turkey and abroad.

We are a multidisciplinary team who are able to work on a wide-range of analytics needs from different sectors and business lines.


Role Purpose: Ensure project and license sales to drive the growth strategy and sustainability of IBSS and its affiliated companies, carry out marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales, and carry out feasibility studies for the creation of new channels.

Role Definition:

  1. Create sales and marketing strategies of IBSS and affiliated companies within the
  2. targets given by the management
  3. Coordinate the sales and marketing activities of the team within the corporate objectives
  4. Having new market and customer feasibility studies done and sharing them with senior management team
  5. Develop and manage the marketing strategy to drive following tasks: increase brand awareness, boost customer engagement, generate leads, improve conversion rates, optimize digital campaigns
  6. Organizing marketing activities with partner vendors, participating in and following up these activities
  7. Visiting existing and potential customers in order to increase sales and brand awareness
  8. Conducting growth and sustainability focused planning and feasibility studies
  9. Creating the annual sales and marketing budget of IBSS and affiliated companies in line with the the business strategy
  10. Following and organizing weekly team plans
  11. Holding weekly sales meetings with other managers and providing guidance on how to take proactive actions to increase the sales pipeline
  12. Collaborate with the entire teams to ensure cooperation between the cross functional teams to increase the synergy for achiveing the best results


Requirements:

  1. Having a university degree at least at undergraduate level (preferably master's degree) (preferably in Industry, Informatics engineering, Business Administration and Economics)
  2. At least 15 years of business and 5 years of managerial experience
  3. Advanced at Microsoft Office applications
  4. Preferably having a type B driver's license
  5. Fluent in English

Sales Leadership: Expertise in building and leading high-performing sales teams, ability to set and monitor KPIs for sales success, proficiency in sales funnel management and conversion optimization.

Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content marketing, ability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation, experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and performance analytics.

Customer Relationship Management: Focus on maintaining and growing relationships with key customers and stakeholders, expertise in customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies, ability to foster customer loyalty and retention through tailored engagement strategies.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, contract legislation and financial modeling in the context of sales and marketing, ability to evaluate ROI on marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, competence in managing departmental budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external partners, excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategic initiatives to senior leadership, negotiation skills to close high-value deals and partnerships.

Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, creative ideas to sales and marketing strategies, experience in using emerging technologies and tools to improve marketing and sales effectiveness, ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer demands with innovative solutions.

Team Development and Coaching: Skills in mentoring and developing sales and marketing teams, ability to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, expertise in conflict resolution and maintaining team morale.
