About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creator-minded Director of Social Media to elevate both our corporate brand and founder brand across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and beyond.

This isn’t a “post and pray” social role. You’ll design and execute the storytelling engine that fuels everything from community growth to inbound leads. When your organic content performs, you’ll continue to help nurture those leads through our Paid Ads and Email nurture programs — turning engagement into action. So yes, we're looking for a little bit of a unicorn!

You’re part creative director, part growth strategist — equally comfortable brainstorming a new video concept or diving into analytics to refine what’s working.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the social media strategy and execution for both Better Days and Founder's personal channels.
  • Develop and implement a Social Selling Program that empowers our franchise advisors and sales team to use social media effectively — teaching them how to build personal brands, nurture relationships, and generate leads through authentic content.
  • Oversee and execute video, design, and copy production — ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
  • Build content calendars, manage community interactions, and track performance metrics.
  • Work with our email and PPC teams to repurpose high-performing content into lead nurture sequences and paid amplification.
  • Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners who align with the Better Days mission.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and AI tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Report on engagement, reach, and conversion outcomes to guide future strategy.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of professional experience in social media or digital content marketing, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and growth.
  • Proven track record of growing both corporate and personal social accounts that have led to measurable increases in leads, revenue, and brand authority.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills — you can write scroll-stopping captions, headlines, and scripts that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Graphic design proficiency is a plus — you don’t need to be a full-time designer, but you should know how to brief creatives effectively (and jump into Canva or Adobe when needed)
  • A willingness to bring fresh, culture-driven creative thinking to an industry that’s long overdue for it — blending strategy, storytelling, and energy that makes people actually care about franchising.
  • Comfort leading both strategy and execution — from planning shoots to editing posts.
  • Hands-on experience executing complementary marketing initiatives — writing outbound email campaigns, testing ad copy, and building creative assets that extend social content into full-funnel performance.A data-informed mindset balanced with creative intuition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
