About the Role:
Supervise all operations related to student affairs, admissions, registration, and academic affairs, ensuring alignment with approved policies and procedures, in a manner that supports the institution’s strategic objectives, enhances the quality of academic services and student support, and strengthens graduates’ opportunities in the job market.
Responsibilities:

Supervise all student affairs activities and services, including admission and registration, academic follow-up, guidance and counseling, and graduation.

Develop and implement student affairs policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with institutional quality and accreditation requirements.

Manage student registration processes, prepare course schedules and examination timetables, and ensure their accurate and efficient execution.

Oversee student support services and provide the necessary guidance to ensure students’ academic, psychological, and social balance.

Develop and implement advisory and career-readiness programs and activities to enhance students’ and graduates’ employability.

Establish effective communication channels with students and parents, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback.

Manage relationships with graduates and organize events, job fairs, and programs aimed at their career preparation and employment, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Supervise academic operations within the institution, including academic program planning, curriculum updates, and implementation in accordance with approved policies.

Monitor faculty performance, ensure compliance with academic standards, and support professional development in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

Oversee academic accreditation processes for courses and programs, ensuring compliance with local and international accreditation requirements.

Develop mechanisms to evaluate student performance and overall academic quality, and analyze results to support continuous improvement.

Ensure the regular update and integration of electronic systems related to student management and academic databases.

Supervise the documentation and security of certificates, transcripts, and student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Represent the institution in academic and community events and meetings, and build partnerships that support the development of academic programs and student services.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the department, providing regular updates and improvement recommendations.

Stay informed about global best practices and emerging trends in education, student affairs, and academic accreditation, and apply relevant insights to enhance institutional performance.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration, Higher Education, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 9 years of experience in student affairs, admissions and registration, or academic administration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Preferred experience in training or teaching within the field

In-depth knowledge of local and international academic accreditation standards and requirements.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
