Regional Head of Institutional Affairs

As a leader in Institutional Affairs, you will drive Ferrero s engagement with public officials, legislators, and key institutions, forging impactful relationships through strategic associations and organizations. Your expertise will shape external communications, ensuring the Company s voice resonates with government bodies and industry groups. Focused on advocacy, you will protect and advance Ferrero s interests, navigate complex regulations, and champion initiatives that secure public support and funding. This role is pivotal in elevating Ferrero s presence, influence, and reputation regionally and nationally.

In this role, you will oversee the company's charitable contributions and community engagement within regional or national initiatives. You'll advise the executive team on reputation management, ensuring stakeholder perspectives are considered in complex decisions.

As the Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Lead, you will coordinate regional projects, align cross-functional efforts, and foster partnerships with key organizations to promote Ferrero s responsible image. Your role ensures the company s sustainability strategies are effective and widely recognized. This role defines and manages partnerships to enhance Ferrero s reputation and supports initiatives such as KinderJoy of Moving.

You ll oversee corporate narratives and digital brand PR, manage public relations and online reputation, and serve as spokesperson for the region. This includes handling crisis communications, in alignment with Group process, and maintaining strong relationships with media, consumer groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to support Ferrero s image and CSR initiatives.
