Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations & Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end UAE labour and immigration operations for our organization.
The role involves handling all MOHRE, GDRFA, WPS, RTA, DU/Etisalat and related portal operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and maintaining seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing PRO, visa, licensing, and government relations processes, as well as strong vendor management and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate UAE government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, WPS, RTA, DU, and Etisalat for employee visas, labour contracts, quota management, and related activities.
- Prepare and process offer letters, labour approvals, medical typing, insurance registration, and visa stamping through approved channels (Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA).
- Handle WPS reports, quota applications, absconding cases, and insurance renewals accurately and on time.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, brokers, and government authorities to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Support trade licence renewals, DED documentation, and other regulatory submissions.
- Maintain audit-ready records for all visa, employment, and insurance matters.
- Develop and maintain tracking dashboards for visa status, quota usage, WPS submissions, and insurance expiries.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal departments to coordinate operations and ensure end-to-end compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on UAE labour law, visa policy, and portal updates to ensure accurate, compliant practices.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years of direct, hands-on experience managing UAE MOHRE / GDRFA / WPS / RTA operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MOHRE, GDRFA, WPS, and other UAE government portals.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Excellent vendor management and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processing rules, insurance management, and company licensing requirements.
- Languages: Fluent in English (verbal & written); Arabic is an advantage.
- Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple cases under pressure.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
