Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Documentation Support Prepare and organize all property sales documentation including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Reservation Agreements (RA), and Agency Registrations in compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations. Ensure all client and transaction files are accurately maintained, updated, and securely stored (both digital and physical). Assist management in drafting official correspondence, NOCs, and legal documents as required.

2. Client Coordination & After-Sales Support Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales process, ensuring smooth communication and professional assistance. Coordinate with sales agents, developers, and legal departments for approvals, signatures, and documentation follow-ups. Provide timely updates to clients and management on document progress and registration status.

3. Property & Project Coordination Maintain updated records of available properties, payment plans, and project details. Coordinate with developers for unit availability, project updates, and handover schedules. Support the sales team during property launches, events, and client viewings.

4. Financial & Reporting Assistance Track payments, deposits, and transfer fees in coordination with the finance team. Prepare transaction summaries, sales trackers, and monthly management reports. Ensure accurate filing of all financial and legal documents related to sales transactions.

5. Office & Administrative Management Manage internal communication, vendor agreements, and office documentation efficiently. Maintain property databases, CRM entries, and ensure data accuracy across all platforms. Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless departmental operations.

6. Marketing & Presentation Assistance

Support the marketing team with property listings, photoshoots, and branded materials. Ensure all listings and brochures reflect accurate, high-end details for luxury clientele.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach
  • Proficient in MS Office and property softwares
  • Knowledge of RERA, Ejari, and Dubai tenancy regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in luxury property administration or real estate operations in Dubai
