Director of Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Director of Supply Chain will oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. This role is critical to ensuring our products reach customers efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and operational goals
• Lead procurement and vendor management for raw materials and packaging
• Optimize inventory levels and implement demand planning processes
• Manage logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to forecast demand and align supply
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in the food or CPG industry
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain operations
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, Florida
