Director of the Learning Resource Center (library)

LOCATION: CRESTON, IOWA

Southwestern Community College is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the director of the learning resource center (library). The director manages all aspects and professional responsibilities of the library, including management of daily operations, budget management, scheduling, and supervision of library staff. The director collaborates with faculty to integrate information literacy into the curriculum and provide services to students.
The director also manages the acquisition, maintenance, and curation of physical and digital collections and ensures classroom technology meets current educational needs.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications: Master's degree in library or information science or a related discipline strongly preferred.
