Director - Oil and Gas

A Director - Oil and Gas in Doha leads strategic operations across upstream, midstream, and downstream activities, driving QatarEnergy-aligned projects amid LNG expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops growth strategies for oil/gas verticals, manages P&L, builds C-suite relationships, and wins mandates via proposals on strategy, M&A, feasibility, and energy transition (e.g., hydrogen, CCUS).
• Oversees project delivery, provides technical insights on extraction/transport/power, mentors teams, and ensures compliance with Qatar regulations and industry standards.
• Represents the firm in forums, drives innovation, and pursues business opportunities in pipelines, LNG, and renewables.

Required Qualifications

Requires 20+ years in oil/gas (PSU/private equivalent), engineering degree (MBA preferred), deep value-chain knowledge, leadership in consulting/R&D, and GCC networks

Pay: QAR90.00 - QAR251.00 per hour
