Director - Product Management

Qiddiya seeks a strategic and visionary Head of Product Management to lead and mature the Product Management function across its Digital & Customer Experience (D*CE) organization. This is a critical senior leadership role that defines and governs the digital product roadmap spanning Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, AI, and Platform domains — ensuring all product investments drive measurable customer and commercial value.

Based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this is a unique opportunity to architect the digital vision for one of the region’s most ambitious destinations. The role transforms creative ambition into an actionable roadmap that balances innovation with operational discipline. Working alongside the Head of Delivery Assurance, you will unify product efforts across business lines into one cohesive portfolio that delivers outcomes — not just outputs.

You will inspire clarity in complexity — bringing together operating companies, partners, and internal teams to prioritize what matters most. This is a role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end digital product strategy and portfolio for all D*CE domains.
  • Establish a single, transparent enterprise roadmap aligned to business KPIs and milestones.
  • Drive value-based prioritisation ensuring measurable ROI and customer impact
  • Lead engagement across operating companies, aligning commercial and guest priorities.
  • Partner with Delivery and Engineering to ensure roadmap feasibility and delivery integrity.
  • Translate vision into tangible goals and quarterly outcomes.
  • Establish governance standards, frameworks, and KPIs for product lifecycle management.
  • Build product management capability and maturity across the organisation.
  • Ensure backlog quality, transparency, and alignment to business strategy.
  • Represent the Digital Roadmap to C-suite and executive forums with confidence and clarity.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and customer-centric innovation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across digital, marketing, and operational teams.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in digital product management, with 5+ in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading cross-domain product portfolios in large-scale consumer or destination environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems including AEM, CRM, Martech, and Data & AI platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or scaled delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
