Innovation Director

The Innovation Director leads the company’s innovation and transformation agenda, driving the development and execution of high-impact initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. This role focuses on fostering a culture of innovation, adopting emerging technologies, and enabling sustainable transformation, in line with Beyond Company’s mission to enhance institutional performance across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the organization’s innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging modern technologies.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of innovation initiatives from ideation to execution and evaluation.
• Establish innovation frameworks, methodologies, and performance measurement tools to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with government entities and strategic partners to develop innovative solutions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Monitor innovation performance using KPIs and provide regular insights and reports to executive leadership.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that can drive business growth and transformation.
• Represent the company in innovation-related events, forums, and industry engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in innovation, transformation, or strategic program leadership.
• Experience working with government entities or leading consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of innovation management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Professional certifications such as Design Thinking or Innovation Management are preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
