Research Projects Management

Oversee research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Drive the translation of research findings into innovative solutions and real-world applications.
Research Output and Scientific Presence

Prototyping, Technology Development and Commercialization

Oversee prototyping, piloting, testing, and validation of R&D outputs to enhance commercialization readiness.

Collaborate with the Commercialization & Technology Transfer function to assess market impact and accelerate innovation adoption.

Foster industry partnerships, co-design accelerators, and innovation challenges to fast-track high-impact technologies.

Promote intellectual property protection and the creation of spin-offs, start-ups, and licensing opportunities.
Collaborative Research and Scientific Advisory

Position the organization as a trusted scientific advisor for government entities, industry leaders and academic institutions.

Build global and local collaborations with universities, research labs, health science centers, and industry partners.

Lead scientific consultations with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the institute’s reputation and influence.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience

Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
-
PhD degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
And Preferred 4 years in a leadership role.
