About Certinal:
Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

Position Overview:

Certinal is seeking a hands-on Product Marketing expert to build and scale product marketing for our e-Signature and e-Consent workflows. You will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market (GTM) launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and narrative-driven content that accelerates pipeline and adoption. This is a builder role—ideal for someone who can set the strategy, roll up their sleeves, and ship high-quality assets with modern marketing tools.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and continually refine product positioning, core messaging, and value propositions across personas (IT, Legal, Procurement, Business).
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives, use-case stories, and proof points.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align on launch goals, target segments, and success metrics.
  • Build launch kits (one-pagers, FAQs, release narratives, pricing/packaging notes, demo flows) and train internal teams.
  • Own the sales narrative: pitch deck, solution briefs, ROI/value messaging, email snippets, and talk tracks.
  • Track competitor moves, pricing/packaging trends, and messaging; turn insights into practical sales tools and strategy inputs.
  • Conduct market and customer research to validate segments, persona pains, and buying triggers.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert to drive product-centric thought leadership (webinars, blogs, POVs, playbooks).
  • Build customer advocacy: case studies, quotes, reference stories, and customer community enablement.
  • Define success metrics for product marketing (pipeline influence, conversion, adoption, enablement usage) and report impact.

Job Requirement

Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or adjacent GTM roles; at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience building differentiated messaging and positioning for a platform/product suite.
  • Proven ownership of product launches and cross-functional GTM execution.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear customer value.
  • Experience building sales enablement assets and collaborating closely with Sales/Pre-sales.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
