The Sales Marketing Director is a dynamic storyteller and strategist who brings Rockbot's capabilities to life through exceptional narrative development, visual design, and sales enablement. This individual will lead the creation of high-impact proposals, presentations, and collateral for our platform, enterprise software, retail media, and advertising divisions — ensuring every client touchpoint reflects Rockbot's innovation, differentiation, and measurable value.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to build decks that win — grounded in strategy, visually compelling, and tailored to each RFP, sales pitch, and partnership opportunity.

Compensation:
Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
The compensation band for this role is $145K to $195K, as well as equity and benefits for all team members.
