Job Title:Sales & Operations Director
Job Purpose:Lead and optimize the company’s sales operations to achieve both sales and operational targets. The role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in retail, deep market knowledge, and the ability to monitor sales team behavior, track product performance, and oversee stock transfers between branches to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the performance and behavior of sales teams, ensuring adherence to professional standards and company policies.• Monitor sales performance and KPIs across all branches.• Manage inventory control and coordinate stock transfers between locations to maintain optimal product availability.• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual targets.• Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to improve sales processes and ensure seamless operations.• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.• Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity across multiple regions.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the retail sector.• Proven track record in managing large, multi-location sales operations.• Strong skills in inventory management and omni-channel sales strategies.• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).• This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role requiring extensive retail market knowledge and the ability to operate across multiple regions.
