Your Impact
As a Director of Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in leading our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and building a modern warehousing strategy. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by shaping how we balance demand and supply, improve service performance, and optimize our North American distribution network, while managing a team of 40 supply chain professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run S&OP: Align demand forecasts with supply, drive on-time delivery, and reduce aged inventory.
  • Build Strategy: Implement a hub-and-spoke warehousing model to streamline service and cost.
  • Own the Network: Oversee 4,000+ SKUs across 32 warehouses, including leased hubs in Dallas, Bristol (PA), and Medley (FL).
  • Optimize Logistics: Lead our Transportation Management System (TMS) and negotiate freight rates.
  • Drive Sourcing: Partner with global suppliers to secure reliable, cost-effective materials and manage lead times.
  • Lead the Team: Manage a team of 40, including 2 Purchasing Managers, 1 Logistics Manager, and 3 Distribution Center Managers, driving efficiency, service, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years in supply chain leadership with multi-site distribution experience.
  • Strong track record running S&OP and designing warehousing strategies.
  • Expertise in logistics, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Skilled negotiator with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with ERP/TMS systems (Epicor P21, UberFRT a plus).
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
