Job Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Operations Support
• Assist in daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Procurement & Vendor Coordination
• Support in the sourcing of raw materials, packaging, or other goods.
• Help maintain vendor records, track purchase orders, and monitor delivery timelines.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory.
• Analyze stock usage trends and help identify potential overstock or stockout situations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports (e.g., inventory levels, supplier performance, delivery status).
• Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for data entry and report generation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with departments like production, quality assurance, sales, and finance to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
