About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions, and driving AUM growth through client acquisition and portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage relationships with high-value clients, providing bespoke investment advisory

Drive AUM growth through new business development and deepening existing relationships

Oversee portfolio management aligned with client objectives and risk profiles

Present investment opportunities, product strategies, and performance updates with clarity

Ensure full adherence to CMA regulations and internal policies

Support strategic planning, budgeting, and overall function performance
Experience/Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)

12–15+ years of experience in a financial or banking institution, with a strong background as a Relationship Manager or similar client-facing investment role
-
Preferred: Experience in Wealth Management or a similar profession in the Middle East Market.

Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW clients and family offices

Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets

Exceptional communication and influencing skills

Strategic mindset with leadership experience at a senior level
