We’re currently seeking a


DIRECTOR’S ASSISTANT


Main MISSIONS


She/he assists the General Manager in the various important and sensitive administrative activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit.

  • Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings; draft meeting notes
  • Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility
  • Support/ Consolidate reports; Manufacturing Performance, Plant indicators and Keep AKWEL portal updated
  • Collect & consolidate data and draft presentations for yearly Management Review, Industrial plan, Industrial data
  • Maintains and contributes in the Company presentation updates;
  • Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes;
  • Prepare presentation and organize for Quarterly communication meeting
  • Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation;
  • Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received.
  • Maintain confidentiality internal & external with respect to all the systems and data within the normal framework of this function.


Requirements:


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communication, etc.), candidate with strong administration, coordination and reporting skills manufacturing environment will be also considered.


Professional Abilities:

  • Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality;
  • Good command of spelling and grammar, number skills (comfortable with numbers);
  • Command of office automation systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint…);
  • Proficiency in English is required.
