Disbursement Officer

We are currently seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Disbursement Officer to manage daily cash transactions and disbursement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling of funds, compliance with financial procedures, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all cash transactions including receipts, payments, deposits, and withdrawals.

* Process utility bills, payment requests, reimbursements in accordance with company policies.

* Record proper transactions in ERP, Issue cheques, create transactions in online banking portal.

* Calculate Withholding taxes and generate PSIDs on e-FBR/IRIS portal and maintain CPR file.

* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and payment vouchers in daily Cashbook.

* Ensure all disbursements are properly authorized and supported by valid documentation.

* Assist with bank transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals.

* Support internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

* Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role is a must.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g. ERP, QuickBooks).

* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We Offer:

* Pay Scale starting from Rs 50,000.00 per month

* 3 years Contractual Job offer upon completion of probationary period.

* Appraisal on yearly basis. Regular and punctual to work and on-time task completion will be counted for the appraisals.

* EOBI born by company.
