Dishwasher

About the Role:

If you're passionate about food and friendly service, we'd love to have you on our team at Tailwind! We’re currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.

As a key member of our back-of-house team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping to ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation
