Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed.
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, clearing service areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
• Handle food handling responsibilities safely and according to health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service and timely cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or catering is a plus; familiarity with banquet or hotel settings is advantageous.
