Dispatch Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatching: Scheduling and dispatching HVAC technicians using electronic platforms, such as, Housecall Pro and ESC.
• Communication: Answering inbound telephone calls and communicating with customers, vendors, and employees in a professional, courteous manner.
• Data Entry: Entering notes and data effectively with a high degree of accuracy.
• Procurement: Ordering parts/equipment.
• Warranties: Registering warranties.
• Service Excellence: Providing superior customer service.
• General Office Duties: Filing and other general office duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous office/clerical experience is desired.
• Software Skills: Previous experience with Housecall Pro or ESC is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workflow Management: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in data entry.
