Job Title: Load Booking / Freight Forwarding (OTR)
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries in a timely manner
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for each load
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus)
• 0–2 years of experience (call center or logistics experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure effectively
• Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is an advantage
