Dispatch Executive

, the Dispatch Executive plays a key role in ensuring that every order reaches the customer with precision, care, and on time. The role involves managing order dispatches while upholding standards of premium packaging and thoughtful unboxing, ensuring every delivery reflects the brand’s ethos of affordable luxury and customer delight. Key Responsibilities • Order Processing & Dispatch: - Process daily customer orders for dispatch. - Manage store to pick, pack, and label garments with attention to detail. - Ensure each parcel meets premium packaging and unboxing standards. • Logistics Coordination: - Liaise with courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket etc.) for timely pickups. - Track shipments and provide proactive updates to internal teams and customers. - Manage return and exchange shipments smoothly. • Documentation & Reporting: - Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch-related documentation. - Maintain accurate dispatch logs, courier records, and proof of delivery. - Share daily/weekly reports with management.• Inventory & Quality Control: - Update stock records after every dispatch. - Flag discrepancies, damages, or stockout’s immediately. - Perform last-mile quality checks to maintain uncompromised garment standards. • Customer Experience: - Address customer queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines. - Ensure that the delivery experience reflects premium and thoughtful approach.

Skills & Qualifications • Graduate (Commerce, Logistics, or related field preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/e-commerce operations (fashion industry experience is a plus). • Familiarity with courier platforms such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Bluedart, etc. • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; ERP or dispatch software knowledge preferred. • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
