Dispatch Executive

Job Title: Dispatcher / Driver Coordinator (Experienced in Dispatch & Tracking + LoadStop Expertise).
About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Dispatcher / Driver Coordinator with proven experience in dispatch operations, driver management, and real-time load tracking. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating drivers, assigning daily tasks, monitoring routes, and maintaining constant communication with both drivers and brokers. Experience with LoadStop is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups, deliveries, and scheduled routes
• Assign loads efficiently based on driver location, hours, and availability
• Monitor driver progress and provide real-time tracking updates
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Provide timely status updates to brokers, customers, and internal teams
• Manage routing changes, delays, emergencies, or issues as they arise
• Ensure all dispatch operations follow company policies and DOT regulations
• Accurately maintain dispatch logs, load details, and communication records
• Use LoadStop daily for dispatching, tracking, updating load statuses, and managing driver activities
• Build positive relationships with drivers and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or logistics
• Hands-on experience with LoadStop (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of driver management, load assignment, and tracking processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatching/trucking software

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling dry van or specialized loads critical loads
• Previous experience working with brokers and loadstop
