Dispatch Executive

Hiring for manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality brass plumbing components, faucets, valves, Brass Component and related metal products.

Role Overview

As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a key role in managing and executing daily dispatch operations. You will ensure all outgoing products are correctly documented, scheduled, packed, and delivered on time while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, transport partners, and customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Prepare, verify and process dispatch orders, delivery notes, and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Schedule and track outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange transport and liaise with logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
